Conducted highly structured, lab-based, user testing program utilizing advanced neuroscience-based testing methods focusing on identification of critical UX interaction performance variables related to usability, brand conveyance, and overall interactive quality. Provided extensive and robust data on user way-finding optimization, terminology confusion, visual design performance, brand attribute conveyance, and overall interaction quality.
